In 2016, Doneyelle faced a diagnosis that would change her life: stage 3c breast cancer. What followed was a rigorous battle involving chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and reconstruction surgery, only to discover more cancer during the process. Despite these challenges, Doneyelle's spirit remained unbreakable. She underwent additional chemo, radiation, and hormone therapy, facing each treatment with incredible bravery. However, in 2019, her condition evolved to Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, marking the beginning of an even tougher fight. Rapid cancer spread in 2021 led her to multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and despite being suggested hospice care twice in 2022, Doneyelle continued to defy expectations, still actively fighting with chemotherapy today. Doneyelle's journey is a testament to her extraordinary resilience and the profound strength found in hope. Now, as she continues her battle with metastatic breast cancer, the need for support is greater than ever.
